Volleyball Age Groups
Volleyball in Canada has somewhat unique age groups. Essentially for every age there is a 16 month window as displayed in the chart below. The Blizzard club and all clubs in Nova Scotia and Canada follow this protocol.

**For 18U Category Only, A team roster can include two players born from January 1 to August 31-2008. These players are not permitted to be part of any U-Sport, CCAA or other post-secondary volleyball program for the current season (September 2026-May 2027).
